gee's bend

i think most people have seen the gee's bend quilt show by now since it's been touring for years. i still can't get over how amazing they are. really perfect colors, composition, everything. wow!

does anyone have a pair of toms? i have wanted some for awhile, but i have an inkling that they aren't super comfy. am i wrong? i hope so.

hot tape

man, i have been seeing posts everywhere about this awesome tape! i pretty much agree with everyone else that it's the coolest thing around, but how can we use it? we all need to come up with some new craft form that requires lots of hot tape. ideas? tape shirts? tape wallpaper? tape wreaths?
