i finally made it to the maryam nassir zadeh store last night and it was amazing!! the space is sparse, but filled with lots of treasures. they have a very well curated selection of art objects, fashion, and accessories. i just love the marion vidal jewelry.

french vacation

i have never been to france. never!! that seems so wrong to me considering i took french classes for years and am very proficient in asking for the time and in telling someone where i went to school. ha!!

anyway, one of my favorite bloggers, hei astrid just visited provence, france and stayed in the most amazing hotel i have ever seen and it's only a 2 1/2 hour train ride from paris!

jielde lamps

i think the time has finally come for me to purchase a jielde lamp. i just can't stand it anymore. they are just so beautiful and they come in so many pretty colors. choosing the color and model will now take me another year. floor or table? red, orange, yellow, blue? oh no!
