birch gets me every time

i am super excited about christmas decorations already. oh joy! posted about the terrain store in pennsylvania last week and directed me to the velocity website to purchase these amazing roost birch veneer trees and ornaments. i have such a tough time resisting birch!

i rarely (if ever) get psyched to see an email from adbase in my inbox (especially the ones sent in the middle of the night. what are they thinking?), but this was a cute idea from a photo/illustration rep, snyder and company. very cute and it made me look.

today is the day

wow. what a long election. i woke up very early this morning ready to vote and ready to win. my line wasn't too bad, but my co-workers came across many lines that were hours long. i can't stop reading the news online today even though we won't know anything until tonight.
