I think that's a condition of so many people living in our area: We think we're going to move soon, so we deny ourselves pleasures we otherwise would have jumped all over. What's up with that?
yes, we have major issues around here. maybe i should just buy a freakin' stamp and then all my issues will fade away...
oh and i have seen the eames stamps at the post office (a couple years ago), but they may have been discontinued sadly.
