hi everyone. sorry i have been away for so long. i had some unexpected health stuff come up that i have been dealing with full time. we sadly had to postpone our dream trip to france and instead of posting some sad photo, i figured i would post this delicious dessert we enjoyed last month at walter foods.

similarly i had to cut short 'my dream' trip to japan to go to new zealand for very sad reasons. so i know how you feel.
